Problem:
La Lu Baby needed a website to showcase their clothing designs for babies and toddlers.
Solution:
Create a simple and clean look and feel using Flash, css, xhtml, php, mysql.
Site Features:
- Transitioning Promotional Imagery: The home page displays animated images and text of the latest La Lu designs and special promotions.
- La Lu News Blog: Using the WordPress blogging software, a custom theme was integrated into the La Lu site. This allows for the site owner to stay up to date using a simple backend user interface.
- La Lu News: The home page displays the three most recent posts from the La Lu Blog, so visitors can keep up to date with the latest at La Lu.
- La Lu Mailer: Every page on the La Lu Baby site displays a form to sign up for the La Lu Mailer. Users can stay updated via email for the latest La Lu Baby designs and promotions.
- Custom Contact Form: Visitors can email La Lu Baby via this form without needing a mail client. This also cuts down on the visibility of email addresses from the watchful eye of spammers.
